Information you choose to provide

If you contact support, join a beta program, submit feedback, or use a feature that requires an account, we may receive information you provide such as your name, email address, device details, feedback, or support message. We use it to provide support, manage testing, communicate with you, and improve our products.

On-device content

Several NB App Studio apps are designed to keep user-created content on your device whenever practical. This may include notes, highlights, app preferences, saved projects, template settings, screenshots, photos, video edits, or other content you create inside an app. We do not sell this content.

Photos, screenshots, video, and media

Creative apps such as NB Mockup Studio and NB Reel Studio may request access to photos, screenshots, video, or files when you choose to import or export media. Access is used to perform the action you request. Media selected for editing is not sold by NB App Studio LLC.

Purchases

In-app purchases made through Apple platforms are processed by Apple using StoreKit. NB App Studio LLC does not receive your full payment-card information. Purchase entitlement information may be used by the app to determine whether paid features are unlocked.

Cloud and account features

Some current or future apps may offer cloud synchronization, authentication, church or organization accounts, or other online features. When those features are used, the app may transmit the information necessary to provide the service. Where an app has additional privacy requirements, app-specific disclosures may also be provided.

Website and beta forms

Information submitted through our website or beta application forms is used for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as beta-test invitations, support, or communication about NB App Studio products. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party platform services

Our apps may rely on services supplied by Apple, Google, Firebase, TestFlight, app stores, or other platform providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Children

NB App Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe information was submitted improperly, contact us so we can review the matter.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, security, or support.

You can control many app permissions through your device settings. You may also contact us regarding information you have directly provided to NB App Studio.
