Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account or other applicable app-store account before the renewal deadline described below.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and NB App Studio LLC (“NB App Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to nbappstudio.com, our mobile applications, related support services, premium features, subscriptions, and other products that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using a covered website, app, or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable product or service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use an app or service on behalf of a church, company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and devices under your control.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal
Apple App Store subscriptions
- Payment will be charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal price will be the price shown by Apple for the applicable subscription at the time of renewal, subject to any notice or consent required by law or Apple policy.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew after purchase through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Available plans, billing periods, prices, included features, introductory offers, and trial terms are displayed in the applicable app before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, platform, and app-store policies.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or another platform are billed and managed by that platform under its applicable rules. NB App Studio does not directly receive or store your complete app-store payment-card information.
4. Managing or canceling a subscription
On iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name or Apple Account.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the applicable NB App Studio subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription or turn off renewal.
Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access to paid features may continue until that period ends.
You may also manage Apple subscriptions through the subscription-management controls associated with your Apple Account.
5. Free trials, promotional offers, and refunds
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, eligibility and duration are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may convert to a paid, automatically renewing subscription at the displayed price.
Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Offers may be limited to eligible users and may not be combined.
Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. Refund requests, billing disputes, and purchase-history questions must generally be submitted to Apple and are governed by Apple’s refund policies and applicable law. Purchases through other platforms are handled under those platforms’ policies.
6. Changes to subscriptions and paid features
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features, plans, or subscription options. We will provide notice when required by law or platform policy. A price change does not take effect for you except as permitted by the applicable app store, your purchase terms, and applicable law.
7. Limited license to use our apps
Subject to these Terms, NB App Studio grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable app-store rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass security controls, extract source code, or create derivative works from an app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website, apps, or services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, introducing malicious code, abusing support channels, infringing intellectual-property rights, using automated systems in a harmful manner, or using a service for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, or deceptive activity.
9. User content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you create or enter into an app, subject to the permissions needed to provide the selected features. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit or share that content.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you permit NB App Studio to use that feedback to develop and improve products without compensation or obligation to you.
10. Intellectual property
NB App Studio names, logos, software, designs, interfaces, graphics, website content, screenshots, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NB App Studio LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any NB App Studio intellectual property.
11. Third-party services and app stores
Our products may interact with services provided by Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Firebase, YouTube, maps providers, notification providers, or other third parties. Their terms and policies apply to your use of their services. NB App Studio is not responsible for third-party availability, content, billing systems, or independent practices.
Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support of NB App Studio apps and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for them, except as required under Apple’s own terms.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, apps, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Faith-based, devotional, Bible-study, productivity, church, educational, or informational content is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, counseling, emergency, or other licensed advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NB App Studio LLC and its owner, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to a covered website, app, service, or third-party platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, services, rights, or security; comply with law; address nonpayment; or respond to a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using a service at any time, but uninstalling an app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our products, subscriptions, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
